Shipping Policy

Scent Studio offers several shipping selections via USPS, FedEx, & UPS. Customers can select their shipping preference at checkout.

All orders are shipped within a timely manner from the date the order is placed. Typical UPS ground shipments can be expected within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available with upgrades but are not eligible for the free shipping discount.

Free local pickup is available within a 25-mile radius of the store and will display at checkout if you are eligible.

Returns & Refunds

Scent Studio accepts returns on a case-by-case basis. Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than damage, defect, or technology error. Return requests should be submitted through our Contact Page and should include the order number and detailed explanation of the request.
